Shalini Bhalla-Lucas

I was asked to design 3 book covers for Shalini Bhalla-Lucas, who was a local dance instructor, with an Indian styled theme.  Each book is based on different parts of her life, and she requested they were branded in a similar style so they formed a set with each design being still having a different appearance. I also designed bookmarks and a large banner when she produced her first book for selling at a local event.

Joti Gata-Aura

Joti Gata-Aura wrote her Biography about how vitiligo has affected her life. She approached me to create her book cover when she was writing the book. Joti created her own brand, Positively Diverse, with its own branding. It was important that the cover design was kept in these guidelines, so after liaising closely with Joti on the designs, I created something that I was modern and depicted her vitiligo elements.  She also asked me to design a bookmark and later a business proposal to give to clients.

Wisley Advert

I was asked by RHS Wisley to assist with creating a new full-page landscape advert for their use in their new flower show guide.  This advert needed to fit in with their required branding guidelines.
